Jabra PanaCast 50 video bar system
The VX-3004F AMQ is an advanced control unit engineered for managing voice evacuation announcements within the VX-3000 Series rack-mounted system by TOA, which complies with the EN54 standard for fire alarm voice systems. Designed for integration with optional power amplifier modules, the VX-3004F AMQ features audio input terminals and supports amplified signal output to speaker lines. It allows emergency warning broadcasts to take priority over standard emergency messages and supports simultaneous activation of two emergency broadcast patterns. Network compatibility enables distributed system configurations. Key functions include digital signal processing for optimised sound adjustment, a feedback suppressor to reduce acoustic feedback, a VOX function for audio-triggered broadcasts, and ambient noise control that distinguishes between system output and background sound. The VX-3004F AMQ offers four speaker outputs, each with A and B line redundancy, and supports up to four amplifier modules, including standby amplifier input and output for shared standby use across multiple units.
- Up to 4 amps (1 zone – 1 amp, 4 AB-zones or 3 AB zones + standby amp)
- All mandatory indications by EN54-16
- Status indication for each speaker line
- Fault acknowledge and lamp test button
- Input DSP: flexible filtertypes and compressor
- Output DSP: flexible filtertypes, compressor and delay up to 2.7 sec.
The VX-3004F AMQ is a centralised control unit designed to manage voice evacuation processes within TOA’s EN54-compliant VX-3000 Series systems.
The VX-3004F AMQ serves as a core component in TOA’s rack-mounted voice evacuation framework, designed to support critical safety communication in environments requiring compliance with the European EN54 standard. This unit functions as both an audio control hub and distribution point for emergency broadcasts, utilising optional amplifier modules to drive output across multiple speaker zones. With four output channels and A/B speaker line duplication, the VX-3004F AMQ ensures operational resilience and audio distribution integrity.
This device is engineered for high-priority emergency alerting, allowing dual emergency broadcast patterns and the ability to elevate emergency warnings above standard alerts. Its integrated digital signal processing, feedback suppression, and ambient noise control functionalities ensure clarity and audibility across varied acoustic environments. Network compatibility enables deployment in decentralised or scalable installations, making the VX-3004F AMQ suitable for use in large commercial, institutional, or public buildings where safety-critical audio communication is mandatory.
The unit also supports standby amplifier sharing across multiple frames, enhancing system efficiency and reducing redundancy. As part of the VX-3000 Series, the VX-3004F AMQ offers integrators and facility managers a reliable solution for regulated voice evacuation with advanced control capabilities and operational transparency.
