The VERTUS DLA 1244A is a digitally controlled line array loudspeaker system engineered for professional sound reinforcement applications requiring high speech intelligibility and accurate music reproduction. Designed with twelve 100mm midrange drivers and four 25mm dome tweeters, the VERTUS DLA 1244A integrates waveguides to enhance acoustic efficiency and dispersion. With a frequency response ranging from 100Hz to 20kHz, this system is optimally suited for both vocal amplification and full-range audio in venues such as auditoriums, conference halls, houses of worship, and transport terminals. It incorporates sixteen Class D power amplifiers and a floating-point DSP processor to ensure precise audio control and stable performance. When used in conjunction with the VERTUS DLA 804A, the system offers extended vertical coverage and higher sound pressure levels, supporting more demanding acoustic environments. A dedicated SUB output allows seamless integration with FBT’s active subwoofer range for enhanced low-frequency support. The VERTUS DLA 1244A includes a comprehensive control interface with input and link options via XLR and Euroblock connectors, beam steering and dispersion adjustments via onboard switches, and selectable equalisation presets. Configuration via PC is also available through RS-485 connectivity. Power is delivered using a reliable Powercon connection. The system can be mounted on walls or stands using purpose-built accessories, offering installation flexibility for various fixed or semi-permanent applications.
