Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD

Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD is equipped with the Polichinelle system, where the wrapping tube descends fully as the projection fabric unfurls. Unlike traditional systems using cables, Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD employs two stainless steel belts to guide the tube, reducing the risk of misalignment or overlap. This version also introduces dual lateral stainless steel safety cables and two fall arrest devices at the ends of the wrapping tube to ensure operational safety in the event of fabric failure. The internal drive features a worm gear mechanism that remains functional during power outages and can be manually operated using the supplied crank handle. Engineered to support loads up to twenty times its weight, Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD includes a rear aluminium beam with adjustable sliding plates for secure installation on various structures. The motor is governed by an electronic unit with speed regulation, acceleration control, and preset positions, and is compatible with RS485 remote communication. Movement speed reaches 0.50 metres per second.

Built with the patented Polichinelle system, Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD ensures a controlled descent of the wrapping tube during screen deployment, maintaining alignment and structural integrity throughout operation. The screen uses stainless steel belts instead of traditional cables, minimising the risk of mechanical failure such as derailment or overlapping. Engineered to support up to twenty times its own weight, this system is suitable for large-scale installations in auditoriums, conference halls, theatres, or industrial spaces where screen stability and durability are critical.

The motor is integrated with an angular worm gearbox that provides fail-safe functionality, including manual operation via a crank handle in case of power interruption. An electronic control unit regulates movement, speed, and acceleration phases, allowing precise adjustment and consistent operation. With multiple pre-set positioning options and RS485 remote control capability, Maximilian 2.0 STANDARD offers flexible integration into existing automation systems. Installation is made possible through a rear-mounted aluminium beam with sliding plates, compatible with various mounting accessories tailored to different structural materials. Due to its substantial weight, optional lifting equipment is available for safe installation and ongoing maintenance.
