Its built-in passive crossover allows the d&b E12X SUB to operate in parallel with the E8 loudspeaker using a single amplifier channel, streamlining setup and reducing system complexity. Alternatively, it can be driven in Active mode, using a dedicated amplifier channel, enabling it to support any loudspeaker within the E-Series range. This flexibility makes the d&b E12X SUB well suited to a range of applications, including live performance venues, corporate environments, and fixed installations where space, performance, and clarity are key considerations. Constructed from marine-grade plywood with a durable, impact-resistant finish, the cabinet is equipped with an integrated handle and an M20 threaded flange to support loudspeaker stand mounting. The d&b E12X SUB is also offered in Special Colour and Weather Resistant variants, allowing it to meet both aesthetic and environmental demands.
