The DM NAX AUD USB is a professional audio over IP interface developed to extend USB audio connectivity within the DM NAX audio distribution platform. It operates as both an encoder and decoder, providing a practical solution for integrating computers and USB audio sources with AV networks using AES67 and Dante compatibility. The unit includes front-facing 3.5 mm TRS connectors for line-level analogue input and output, as well as a USB C port supporting bidirectional stereo audio at 24 bit and 48 kHz. Its compact housing allows installation in a standard US single-gang electrical box, under desks, or on rack rails, making it suitable for a range of installation scenarios including classrooms, meeting rooms, and control centres.
